随着大学图书馆借阅一体化模式的发展,图书室管理教师的角色应该做出相应调整。本文从四个方面对这种角色调整进行探讨:服务育人、突破传统、重视交流领域,从新的视角为图书室教师进行定位;跟上技术时代步伐,提供先进技术支持;为学生创造舒适学习环境;发挥教育主体作用,进行全方位教育。新的角色转换将会使图书馆发挥重要的作用,实现其服务与育人功能的统一。
With the development of university library lending integration model, the role of library management teacher should be adjusted accordingly. This paper discusses the adjustment of such roles from four aspects: service education, break through tradition, emphasis on communication field, orientation of library teachers from a new perspective, keeping pace with the technological age, providing advanced technical support and creating comfortable study for students Environment; play the main role of education, conduct a full range of education. The new role of the conversion will make the library play an important role in achieving the unity of its service and educating function.
