【目的】以温控、反应性充血所致血流变化为指标,探索血栓模型中小鼠血管内皮的功能。【方法】将KM小鼠随机分成温控和反应性充血2批,每批随机再分为正常组,模型组,硝苯地平组(剂量为10 mg/kg),复方丹参片高、中、低剂量组(剂量分别为480、240、120 mg/kg),末次给药后注射角叉菜胶复制体内血栓模型;监测造模后15 h温控及反应性充血所致血流的变化,观察72 h时黑尾发生率和相对黑尾长度。【结果】小鼠耳廓温控前后血流灌注量的百分比变化值和后脚掌压力阻断前后血流静息值/峰值(RF/PF值)与各组的相对黑尾长度相一致,能客观反映血管内皮功能。【结论】温控、反应性充血所致血流变化指标可用于评价血栓模型中小鼠血管内皮功能,是一种无创伤、简便、低成本的初步评价血管内皮功能的方法。
