目的:研究分析临床营养治疗费用控制及其相关问题。方法:查阅大量的文献资料并分析总结,归纳出国内临床营养治疗费用控制存在的问题,并据此制定出相应的措施。结果:使用EN治疗的病患比PN治疗的要多出很多,且临床营养治疗费用报销的政策过于笼统,不够细化,缺乏具体支付指标等。结论:支付政策必须与具体临床技术相对应,同时加强医保部门和临床医师彼此相互之间的沟通,以保证临床营养治疗能够有效合理的开展,医疗费用得到有效的控制,才能真正为病患服务。
Objective: To study and analyze the cost control of clinical nutrition treatment and its related problems. Methods: Review a large number of literature and analysis, summed up the problems in the domestic clinical nutrition treatment cost control, and accordingly formulate corresponding measures. Results: The number of patients treated with EN was much higher than that of PN, and the policies of reimbursement of clinical nutrition treatment were too general, not detailed and lack of specific payment indicators. Conclusion: The payment policy must correspond to the specific clinical technology, and strengthen the communication between the medical insurance department and the clinicians to ensure that the clinical nutrition treatment can be carried out effectively and effectively, and the medical expenses can be effectively controlled to truly serve the patients .
