一、DTA仪器的温度标定由于差热分析仪在使用的材料上和温度的测量方法上都有很大的不同,ICTA早就认识到需要用大家一致同意的一组转变来标定温度。经不同国家不同的工作者用不同的仪器研究后,ICTA推荐用表一列出的反应过程的平衡温度来标定差热分析仪。表一列出的物质全都很稳定,并容易买到高纯的状态。这些检验的标定物质能够从美国国家标准局得到,共计有三套,每套由五个标准物组成。NBS——ICTA标准参考物758包括125——435℃温度范围,NBS——ICTA标准参考物759包括295——675℃温度范围,NBS——ICTA标准参考物760包括570——940℃温度范围。
I. Temperature Calibration of DTA Instruments Because differential thermal analysis instruments are very different in material and temperature measurement methods, ICTA has long recognized the need to calibrate the temperature with a set of shifts that everyone agrees. After different instruments have been studied by different workers in different countries, ICTA recommends calibrating differential thermal analyzer with the equilibrium temperature of the reaction process listed in Table 1. The substances listed in Table 1 are all stable and easy to buy in high purity. The calibration material for these tests can be obtained from the National Bureau of Standards of the United States in a total of three sets, each consisting of five standards. The NBS-ICTA Standard Reference 758 includes a 125-435 ° C temperature range, the NBS-ICTA Standard Reference 759 includes a 295-675 ° C temperature range, the NBS-ICTA Standard Reference 760 includes a 570-940 ° C temperature range .
