“双师型”教师是职业学校的核心竞争力。建设一支能够适应职业教育发展要求的“双师型”教师队伍,是落实职教方针、提高教学质量的关键所在。围绕职业学校“双师型”教师队伍建设这一核心问题,对我校“双师型”教师现状进行了摸底调查,并就显露出的主要问题进行了分析总结,提出了一些促进“双师”素质提高的建设性意见。
