棉花产量和群体干物质的积累是呈正相关的,而干物质的积累又与棉株对氮、磷的吸收状况密切相关。棉花吸收氮、磷的总量及各生育阶段的吸收动态,国内外一直有不少报导,但结果颇不一致。这除开与研究的方法不同有关之外,主要地还因为棉花吸肥受许多因素的影响,诸如品种、密度、年份、施肥量以及土壤中养分的有效程度等。我省棉花生育期中,前期雨水较多,花铃期往往伏旱,甚至伏、秋连旱,土壤类型也不一样,棉花吸收氮、磷的数量和进程如何,它与棉花群体干物质积累以及与产量形成的关系怎样,对这些进行深入的研究,探明在我省条件下棉花吸肥的规律,对改进栽培技术,促进棉花高产稳产是有重要意义的。
