西洋参茎叶皂甙１．２ｍｇ／ｍｌ对ＮＥ，ＫＣｌ，ＣａＣｌ２收缩兔主动脉条的量效曲线呈非竞争性拮抗，并能明显抑制ＮＥ引起的主动脉条依细胞内及细胞外Ｃａ２＋收缩。其作用性质与维拉帕米相似。
Panax ginseng stem and leaf saponin 1.2mg/ml showed non-competitive antagonism on the dose-response curve of NE, KCl, and CaCl2 contraction of rabbit aorta strips, and it could obviously inhibit the intracellular and extracellular Ca2+ contraction of NE-induced aortic strips. Its role is similar to that of verapamil.
