海南自由贸易港建设是国家作出的重大战略决策。当前，中共中央、国务院、海南省政府正按照《海n南自由贸易港建设总体方案》 （以下简称《总体方案》） 稳步推进海南自由贸易港建设。在《总体方案》背景下，n海南民航作为推进自贸港建设组成部分之一，按照总体方案要求，利用政策利好，如何主动作为，提升航空业n务量和民航服务水平，推动民航高质量发展，从而助力海南自由贸易港建设。本文主要研究在海南自由贸易n港背景下，海南民航发展的路径，指出海南民航发展的一些不足，提出促进海南民航发展的一些建议和方法，n通过海南民航发展促进海南自由贸易港建设，保障海南自贸港实现交通自由便利，实现海南旅游岛建设。“,”The construction of Hainan Free Trade Port is a major strategic decision made by the Party Central rnCommittee with Xi Jinping at the core. The free trade port rnrealizes the freedom and convenience of transportation and realizes the construction of Hainan's tourist island.
