在建筑施工过程中越来越多的企业会选择钢筋混凝土的坡屋面,这种类型的坡屋面结构比较复杂,对于屋面的细部处理要求较高,在进行浇筑时若是细部处理不到位或是浇筑质量控制不够就很容易出现渗漏。屋面渗漏是当前房屋建筑中最为突出的质量问题之一,它在工程维修中也占据了很大的比重。近年来,虽然我国对屋面的渗漏问题投入了大量的人力、物力进行治理,但仍然存在一定的问题。文章分析了屋面渗漏的原因,并从设计、选材和施工方面提出了行之有效的防治措施。
