近日,苏州市卫生监督所依据《食品卫生法》、《餐饮业和集体用餐配送单位卫生规范》对辖区内30余家集体用餐配送单位开展执法检查。这次检查的重点是:是否按照要求配备落实专职卫生管理员,是否按照规定建立台帐制度,是否擅自改变功能布局或明显超过设计容量加工食品,是否向集体用餐单位配送生拌菜、改刀熟食、生食水产品,加工使用的容器餐具消毒落实情况等。
