目的:探讨整合素β4(Integrinβ4)、S100钙结合蛋白A4(S100A4)在不同分子亚型乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达及意义。方法:依照《St.Gallen共识》,对146例非特殊型乳腺浸润性导管癌进行分子分型,检测不同分子亚型中Integrinβ4和S100A4蛋白的表达。结果:Integrinβ4和S100A4蛋白在HER2过表达型及三阴型乳腺癌中阳性表达率显著高于Luminal A型、Luminal B(HER2-)型及Luminal B(HER2+)型(P<0.01);Integrinβ4、S100A4的表达与Luminal A型、HER2过表达型及三阴型乳腺癌具相关性(P<0.05);Integrinβ4与S100A4的表达在HER2过表达型及三阴型中无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:Integrinβ4、S100A4可能与HER2过表达型及三阴型乳腺癌的浸润转移有关,对Integrinβ4、S100A4在该两型乳腺癌中的深入研究将对阐明浸润转移机制及寻找新的治疗靶点提供帮助及实验依据。
Objective: To investigate the expression and significance of integrin β4 and S100 calcium binding protein A4 (S100A4) in different molecular subtypes of breast invasive ductal carcinoma. Methods: According to “St.Gallen Consensus”, 146 cases of non-specific breast invasive ductal carcinomas were genotyped and the expression of Integrinβ4 and S100A4 in different molecular subtypes were detected. Results: The positive rates of Integrinβ4 and S100A4 in HER2 overexpression and triple negative breast cancer were significantly higher than those in Luminal A, Luminal B (HER2-) and Luminal B (HER2 +) (P <0.01) The expression of S100A4 was correlated with Luminal A, HER2 overexpression and triple negative breast cancer (P <0.05). There was no correlation between the expression of Integrinβ4 and S100A4 in HER2 overexpression and triple negative (P> 0.05) . Conclusion: Integrinβ4 and S100A4 may be involved in the infiltration and metastasis of HER2 overexpression and triple-negative breast cancer. Further study of Integrinβ4 and S100A4 in these two types of breast cancer will provide an insight into the mechanism of invasion and metastasis and the search for new therapeutic targets Help and experimental basis.
