去年年初那段时间因为对身体的不够重视,在饮食上吃的比较乱,导致本来只是轻微浅表性胃炎的病情严重了许多,稍微了吃多点就会腹胀、打嗝,清晨醒来时还会感到一些疼痛。后来,我在饮食上作了严格的控制和调养,收效甚好,也积累了不少养胃的心得,和大家分享一下。胃病是一种慢性疾病,三分靠治七分靠养,基本上是靠养出来的。这里的养,我感觉有两层意思,一是饮食结构上的调整,二是身心意志上的调节。
