学校的发展离不开教育教学科研,特别是均衡发展理念下的集团办学,更需要建设优质的教研共同体,形成教研文化,才能实现名校集团中各个校区教育力量和教育质量的发展均衡。成都市建设路小学在集团办学背景下,结合本校的实际问题和实际发展的需要,提出了“文化培育”、“机制保障”、“能力奠基”、“任务驱动”以及“评价促进”五大教研组运行效能提升策略,组建了创新型教研共同体,教研组运行效能得到有效提升,促进了教师能力和教育质量的均衡发展。
