2008年,印度频繁对中国出口产品发起贸易救济调查,是对华实施反倾销最多的贸易伙伴国,也恢复使用保障措施和首度发起反补贴调查。文章探讨了当前印度对华贸易救济的新特点、成因,以及在如何应对印度对华贸易救济措施方面提出了建议。
In 2008, India frequently initiated a trade remedy investigation on China’s exports. It is the country that has the largest anti-dumping trade against China. It also resumed the use of safeguards and initiated the first anti-subsidy investigation. This article discusses the new features and causes of Indian trade remedy to China and puts forward suggestions on how to deal with Indian trade remedy measures against China.
