为了解转基因成分定量分析结果不确定度的主要贡献因素,提高转基因成分定量检测质量,用含转基因大豆GTS40-3-2样品进行了NOS终止子含量的测定,并对其测量不确定度进行了初步估算。NOS终止子测量不确定度估算结果:A类不确定度(u A)为0.002,B类不确定度(u B)为0.002,合成不确定度(u C)为0.003;在置信水准(P)为95%的条件下,包含因子(k)取1.96,测量结果的扩展不确定度(U)为0.016;测量结果(C)为0.032±0.016,接近约定真值(0.03),测量不确定度相对较小,检测质量较高。不确定度评估结果表明试验中的微量液体转移的偏差是测量不确定度的主要贡献者,在以后的检测中应重点注意降低微量液体转移的偏差。
