本研究旨在评价用金黄色葡萄球菌荚膜多糖(CP)菌苗自动免疫及用人超免疫免疫球蛋白G(I-IgG)被动免疫小鼠后.小鼠对同型致死量细菌攻击的抵抗能力.实验选用6~8周龄的雌性BALB/c小鼠.作者用5型和8型二价金黄色葡萄球菌CP菌苗与绿脓杆菌重组外蛋白A偶联,免疫人体后获得I-IgG供小鼠被动免疫.以5型CP用同法制成单价偶联菌苗供小鼠自动免疫.作者还将与CP抗原无关的绿脓杆菌胞外粘多糖免疫人体制成标准免疫球蛋白G(S-IgG)与I-IgG相比较.攻击菌为临床分离
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the resistance of mice to the same lethal bacterial challenge by autoimmunization with S. aureus capsular polysaccharide (CP) vaccine and by passive immunization of mice with human hyperimmune immunoglobulin G (I-IgG) .Animal BALB / c mice aged 6 to 8 weeks were selected for experiment.The conjugates of type-5 and type-8 bivalent Staphylococcus aureus CP vaccine were conjugated with recombinant protein A of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to obtain I-IgG For passive immunization of mice.Using the same method to make type 5 CP monovalent conjugate vaccine for mouse autoimmunity.The author will also be independent of the CP antigen Pseudomonas aeruginosa extracellular mucopolysaccharide immune human made standard immunoglobulin G ( S-IgG) compared to I-IgG.
