教育教学的过程中,良好的师生关系是提高教学质量的一个重要因素。良好的师生关系可以给学生一个轻松的、快乐的学习氛围。随着经济的发展及生活水平的不断提高,人们都希望走向更大的城市,在更好的环境下生活,这就致使农村高中部分优秀教师流失,成绩优异的学生到周边城市的学校寄读。优质师资力量的匮乏造成优秀学生的转读,而优秀学生的减少导致在校教师对教学也失去了热情,继而师生之间的关系也发生了变化。
In the process of education and teaching, a good relationship between teachers and students is an important factor to improve the quality of teaching. Good relationship between teachers and students can give students a relaxed, happy learning atmosphere. With the economic development and continuous improvement of living standard, people all hope to go to a bigger city and live in a better environment. This will result in the loss of some excellent teachers in rural high schools. Students with outstanding achievements will send books to the schools in the surrounding cities . The shortage of high-quality teachers has resulted in the transfer of excellent students, while the reduction of outstanding students has led to the loss of enthusiasm for teaching in school teachers. The relationship between teachers and students has also changed.
