随着经济体制改革的深入发展,技术经济的研究和技术经济信息工作已显得越来越重要。经济振兴必须依靠科学技术进步,而科学技术工作要面向经济建设,要在推动生产技术进步,提高经济效益方面做出贡献。技术经济问题的讨论,也因而日益受到各方面的重视。本文从信息科学的角度出发,来探讨技术经济信息与一般科技信息的相同和不同之处以及技术经济信息的重要性,从而进一步提出建立技术经济信息学的必要性及其研究内容。
With the in-depth development of the reform of the economic system, the research on technical economy and the technical and economic information work have become more and more important. Economic rejuvenation must rely on advances in science and technology, while scientific and technological work must be geared toward economic development and make its contribution in promoting technological progress in production and improving economic efficiency. As a result, discussions on technical and economic issues have drawn increasing attention from all quarters. From the perspective of information science, this paper explores the similarities and differences between technical and economic information and general technological information and the importance of technical and economic information, and further puts forward the necessity and content of establishing technical and economic informatics.
