对于摆动辗压过程的几何学关系的分析,前人已给出了适用于工程计算接触面积率的简化公式。但是,在实际摆辗过程中,除了摆辗第一个循环外,由于进给运动和摆头的旋转摆动,使工件顶端形成了一个螺旋面,而非一平面。本文以此作为几何分析的基点,对摆辗过程中圆柱形工件与摆头的接触边界及接触面积率进行了理论分析和计算。同时也讨论了“恒接触区域”这一概念,从理论上解出了其精确解。这样,通过对几何关系的分析,为较精确地确定摆辗工艺力及其它参数奠定了基础。
For the analysis of the geometrical relationship of the swinging rolling process, the simplified formulas that have been applied to calculate the contact area ratio of the engineering have been given. However, in the actual swinging process, in addition to the first cycle of swinging, the top of the workpiece forms a helical surface instead of a flat surface due to the feed motion and the oscillating swing of the swinging head. In this paper, as the basis of geometric analysis, the contact boundary and the contact area ratio between the cylindrical workpiece and the swinging head are analyzed theoretically and calculated. At the same time, the concept of “constant contact area” is also discussed, and its exact solution is theoretically solved. In this way, through the analysis of geometric relationships, laid the foundation for more accurate determination of the rolling force and other parameters.
