为探讨脑膜瘤的病理特征,统计分析了,34年间经病理证实的1090例脑膜瘤。按WHO分类标准将1090例分成13种类型。免疫组化结果表明,波形蛋白、上皮膜抗原对各类型脑膜瘤均呈阳性表达。电镜结果提示,光镜难以明确诊断的一些特殊类型脑膜瘤,均有各自独特的超微结构特征。研究结果证明,免疫组化和超微结构在脑膜瘤诊断和鉴别诊断中起着重要作用。
To explore the pathological features of meningioma, 1090 cases of meningioma confirmed pathologically in 34 years were statistically analyzed. According to the WHO classification criteria 1090 cases were divided into 13 types. Immunohistochemical results showed that vimentin, epithelial membrane antigen on all types of meningioma were positive. Electron microscopy results suggest that some special types of meningiomas difficult to be diagnosed by light microscopy have their own unique ultrastructural features. The results show that immunohistochemistry and ultrastructure play an important role in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of meningioma.
