我厂应用华南工学院研制的喷水式熔化极电弧切割技术,成功地切割了上百件不锈钢的圆形工件。实践证明,这种方法具有操作简便、成本低廉、效率高、卫生条件好等优点,深受工人同志的欢迎。工件的规格是厚3~6毫米,直径为300~1600毫米。为提高效率,将二、三块叠起来切,效果也很好。切制设备,是将原有的MZ-1000(EA—1000)型自动焊机进行改装:将焊机的送丝控制电路由自动调节改为手动调节;将控制箱与送丝及割炬行走机构分离,以便操作。改装原理图见图1,改装后的送丝速度为0.74~2米/分,行车速度为0.073~1.6米/分。焊机由下
