以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚氧化丙烯二醇(PPG)、聚己二酸丙二醇酯(PPA)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、1,4-丁二醇(BDO)和丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)为主要原料,通过反应制得了丙烯酰基封端的水性WPU(聚氨酯);然后将其与甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)及烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚(APEG)共聚,合成了WPUA(WPU/聚丙烯酸酯)乳液。研究结果表明:随着APEG掺量的不断增加,乳液的粒径呈先小后大态势,黏度呈先升后降态势,胶膜的耐水性、拉伸强度、硬度和活化温度降低,断裂伸长率增大,热稳定性能和粘接性能呈先优后劣态势;当w(APEG)=8%(相对于WPUA质量而言)时,改性WPUA胶粘剂的耐热性相对最优、T型剥离强度(2.63 N/cm)相对最大。
