目的了解吉林市医学高校大学生乙型病毒性肝炎相关知识知晓程度、个人行为及对乙肝知识需求状况,为医学院校的乙肝健康教育提供科学依据。方法采用整群分层随机抽样的方法,对吉林市2所医学高校在校大学生进行问卷调查。结果共调查1 014人,收回有效问卷973份。15项知识型问题中有8项各年级正确率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),8项问题不同院系大学生正确率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);仅3项问题农村和城市学生回答正确率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在15项个人行为及可能接触史中有4项农村和城市学生的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);大学生对于乙肝相关知识最需要了解的是乙肝的预防措施和传播途径。结论医学高校各年级不同院系大学生在乙肝相关知识知晓程度方面存在差异,应针对不同年级、不同专业特点制定相应的健康教育内容;同等重视农村和城市学生乙肝健康教育对控制乙肝在校园中的传播有积极意义。
Objective To understand the level of awareness of HBV-related knowledge, personal behavior and knowledge of hepatitis B among medical college students in Jilin City, and provide a scientific basis for health education of hepatitis B in medical colleges and universities. Methods A cluster stratified random sampling method was used to survey the undergraduates in two medical colleges in Jilin City. Results A total of 1 014 people were investigated and 973 valid questionnaires were returned. There were significant differences among the 15 knowledge-based questions among the eight grades (P <0.05), the correct rates among the eight questions in different faculties were statistically significant (P <0.05), only three questions There was a statistically significant difference between the accuracy rates of rural and urban students (P <0.05). There were significant differences among 4 rural and urban students in 15 personal behaviors and possible contacts (P <0.05). The best way for college students to understand hepatitis B is hepatitis B prevention and transmission. Conclusions There are differences in knowledge about hepatitis B between college students of different grades in medical colleges and universities. Corresponding health education contents should be formulated according to the characteristics of different grades and different professions. The same emphasis should be placed on the health education of hepatitis B in rural and urban students. Spread has positive meaning.
