采用酸性聚丙烯酸胺凝胶电泳(A—PAGE)法,分析了青海省不同地区同一品种和同一地区不同品种(系)的春小麦籽粒醇溶蛋白电泳图谱.结果表明:不同地区同一品种的电泳图谱一致;同一地区不同品种(系)间的电泳图谱差异显著,并显示出各自独特的谱带组合.证明麦醇溶蛋白的组成完全由遗传决定,不受外界环境条件的影响.
