目的研究野雉尾金粉蕨Onychium japonicum的化学成分。方法以硅胶、凝胶等多种柱色谱分离,制备高效液相色谱纯化,有机波谱方法鉴定结构。结果分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为4,3′,4′-trihydroxy-2,6-di methoxychalcone(1)、金圣草酚(chrysoeriol,2)、木犀草素(3)、紫铆素(butin,4)、原儿茶酸(5)、3,4-dihydroxy-ace-tophenone(6)、咖啡酸(7)、香草酸(8)、对羟基水杨醛(9)、丁香酸(10)、β-谷甾醇(11)。结论化合物1为新的化合物,命名为野鸡尾酮D(japonicone D),化合物2~10为首次从金粉蕨属植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Onychium japonicum. Methods Silica gel, gel and other column chromatography, preparative high performance liquid chromatography purification, organic spectral identification of the structure. Results Eleven compounds were isolated and identified as 4,3 ’, 4’-trihydroxy-2,6-di methoxychalcone (1), chrysoeriol (2), luteolin (3) (butin 4) protocatechuate 5 3,4-dihydroxy-ace-tophenone 6 caffeic acid 7 vanillic acid 8 salicylaldehyde 9 syringic acid (10), β-sitosterol (11). Conclusions Compound 1 is a new compound, named as japonicone D, and compounds 2 ~ 10 were isolated from Pteridophytes for the first time.
