本文叙述了Fe-M/Al_2O_3催化剂对α-甲基苯乙烯(α-MS)气相选择催化加氢转化成异丙苯试验研究的初步结果.探讨了温度、氢/α-MS比、空速等对反应的影响,以及适宜的反应条件。该催化剂具有空速大、压力低、收率高及选择性佳等特点.在常压、反应温度360℃、α-MS空速1.33小时~(-1)及氢/α-MS体积比为1250的条件下,α-MS转化率为96.7%,异丙苯收率为92.2%.选择性为95.1%.
In this paper, the preliminary results of selective catalytic hydrogenation of α-methylstyrene (α-MS) to cumene over Fe-M / Al 2 O 3 catalyst were described. The catalyst has characteristics of large space velocity, low pressure, high yield and good selectivity, etc. At atmospheric pressure, the reaction temperature is 360 ° C, the space velocity of α-MS is 1.33 h -1 and the volume ratio of hydrogen / α-MS is 1250, the α-MS conversion was 96.7%, the cumene yield was 92.2%, and the selectivity was 95.1%.
