中国制冷学会第三专业委员会於1991年5月31日至6月2日在上海召开了“全国冷库节能学术与技术交流会”。出席会议的有水产、轻工、外贸、商业等系统的有关高等院校、科研、设计、生产、管理单位的代表121人。大会共收到学术技术报告23篇,除12篇文章在大会宣读外,其余文章在分组讨论上进行了交流。会上中国制冷学会秘书处的有关同志向大会作了“关于目前国际制冷技术和速冻食品发展动向”的报告。报告强调指出,“我国已完成了加入经修正的《蒙特利尔议定书》的法律手续,面对CFC—11、
China Refrigeration Institute of the Third Professional Committee held in Shanghai on May 31, 1991 to June 2 “National cold storage energy-saving academic and technical exchanges.” The meeting was attended by 121 representatives of institutions of higher learning, scientific research, design, production and management of aquatic products, light industry, foreign trade and commerce systems. The conference received a total of 23 academic and technical reports, in addition to 12 articles read out in the General Assembly, the other articles were discussed in the group discussion.
