矽肺是严重危害工人身体健康的一种职业病。矽肺的实验研究表明石英粉尘是引起矽肺的病因。因此在进行矽肺发病机理和治疗矽肺药物筛选的实验研究时均需要有一定规格的石英粉尘,以复制实验性矽肺摸型。由于各实验者所用石英粉尘的性质、粒度大小和制备方法的不同,因此所制备的实验性矽肺模型及实验结果往往也有些差异。为了使实验结果便于比较,则需要制备一种统一规格的标准石英粉尘,当各实验者都使用这种标准石英样品进行实验时,则所制备的实验性的矽肺模型及实验结果便于互相比较。此外这种粉尘如能作为产品供应时,也可节省制备粉尘所花费的时间。目前国际上只有一种标准石英粉尘,即德国的DQ-12石英粉尘,其粉尘粒子基本上在5微米以下,但这种粉尘国内尚无供应来源,为了满足国内对标准石英粉尘的需要,我们研制了一种供动物染尘用的石英粉尘,并建议这种粉尘暂称为标准石英粉尘。为了阐明其理化性质和对肺脏的致病作用进行了实验研究,并与德国标准石英粉尘进行了比较。
Silicosis is an occupational disease that seriously affects the health of workers. Experimental studies of silicosis have shown that quartz dust is the cause of silicosis. Therefore, in the pathogenesis of silicosis and the treatment of silicosis drug screening experiments are required to have a certain size of quartz dust to copy experimental silicosis touch type. Due to the nature, particle size and preparation method of quartz dust used by each experimenter, experimental silicosis models and experimental results are often different. In order to make the comparison of the experimental results easier, a standard quartz dust of uniform size needs to be prepared. When all experimenters use this standard quartz sample for experiments, the prepared experimental silicosis model and the experimental results are easy to compare with each other. In addition, if this dust can be supplied as a product, it also saves the time it takes to prepare the dust. At present, there is only one standard quartz dust in the world, that is, DQ-12 quartz dust in Germany. The dust particles are basically below 5 microns. However, there is no domestic supply source for this dust. In order to meet the domestic demand for standard quartz dust, A quartz dust for animal dusting has been developed and proposed as a temporary reference to standard quartz dust. In order to clarify its physical and chemical properties and pathogenic effects on the lungs were studied and compared with the German standard quartz dust.
