At Helsinki’s research center, Nokia announced a new short-range wireless technology that enables connectivity between devices and breaks the inherent energy limitations of Bluetooth. Nokia claims that its Wibree is an open industry initiative that has a 1/10 megabyte mark compared to Bluetooth.
