本文介绍了软开关弧焊逆变器的控制技术，研制了一台弧焊软开关逆变器。给出了主电路的具体结构及其控制方式，研究了软开关的实现过程。试验结果表明，相移ＰＷＭ 软开关技术能够进一步提高弧焊逆变电源的整体性能。
This article introduces the control technology of the soft-switching arc-welding inverter and develops an arc-welding soft-switching inverter. The structure of the main circuit and its control method are given, and the realization process of the soft switch is studied. The experimental results show that the phase shift PWM soft-switching technology can further improve the overall performance of the arc welding inverter.
