图示的心轴既适用于车削加工,也适用于磨削加工,对夹紧脆性工件的内孔非常适用。采用这种心轴,工件在切削加工中不会像其它夹紧方法那样常常产生变形。工件的加工精度取决于心轴和压环的制造精度以及工件内孔的实际公差。心轴的径向和轴向精度以及重复定位性能都很好,安全夹紧能力也十分可靠。操作方法如下:拧紧内六角头螺钉,将压环向里推以压缩橡胶套,并利用橡胶套的膨胀来夹紧工件。采用这种夹紧方法,在切削加工中能够防止工件在心轴上滑移。
The illustrated spindle is suitable for both turning and grinding operations and is ideal for clamping the bore of a brittle workpiece. With this type of mandrel, the workpiece does not often deform in the machining process as other clamping methods do. Workpiece machining accuracy depends on the manufacturing precision of the mandrel and the pressure ring as well as the actual tolerance of the workpiece bore. Mandrel radial and axial accuracy and repeat positioning performance are good, the safety of clamping capacity is also very reliable. Here’s how: Tighten the socket head cap screws, push the compression ring inwards to compress the rubber sleeve, and use the expansion of the rubber sleeve to clamp the work piece. This kind of clamping method can prevent the workpiece from slipping on the mandrel during cutting.
