随着我国工业的发展,对铸件提出了高精度、高光洁度等高质量要求。为此,压铸工艺得到越来越广泛的应用,国内压铸件生产逐步打破部门及地区界限,向专业化生产方向发展。仅以江苏、上海两省、市为例,就有1千台左右压铸机,在深圳特区,也办起我们第一家压铸专业化工厂。由于国产压铸机存在液压系统不过关、漏油严重、压力上不去、污染环境等质量问题,所以不少企业都在引进设备,促进压铸生产及产品更新换代。为了便于压铸机引进,现就我们所了解的情况,作以分析研究,供大家参考。
