本文通过对安氏Ⅰ、Ⅲ类反畸形儿童进行嚼肌与颞肌前束状态及嚼肌咀嚼周期肌电图的测定,提出该类错儿童嚼肌静止状态下异常电位出现,并与覆间存在接近高度负相关的关系,在咀嚼周期肌电图中各时相明显延长、波幅下降,在嚼肌施力阶段,出现明显的停顿和电位波幅的波动。说明早期矫治不仅对颌骨发育而且对恢复肌肉功能也有重要意义。
