Objective To explore the effects of self-made cooling blood and Jiedu Decoction combined with western medicine on serum biochemical indexes such as serum inflammatory factor, immune function and coagulation function in children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura (HSP). Methods A total of 96 pediatric patients with HSP were divided into control group (n = 48) and observation group (n = 48) according to randomized data table. The control group was given conventional western medicine symptomatic supportive treatment. The observation group was combined with the control group Qiangshen Jiedu Decoction plus treatment, continuous treatment for 2 months; compared before and after treatment of inflammatory cytokines, immune function and coagulation function indicators. Results The levels of TNF-α, IL-6, IL-10 and FIB in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the levels of CD3 +, CD4 +, APTT and PT in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the level of CD8 + between the two groups (P> 0.05). The levels of CD4 ~ + / CD8 ~ + in two groups after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group (P> 0.05). Conclusion Self-made cooling blood Jiedu Decoction combined with western medicine treatment of children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura has a significant effect, which can effectively reduce the level of inflammatory cytokines in patients, improve immune function and coagulation function, worthy of clinical promotion.
