本文论述了三缸泵的正常工作条件和性能要求,指出其吸入管中液流的“峰谷”型式对灌注泵工作的影响。通过对我国石油矿场用各型灌注泵性能的试验分析,推荐了一组适合与3NB—800三缸泵匹配的灌注泵性能曲线。建议略加修改后,将这组性能曲线作为目前我国设计新的灌注泵和改造现用灌注泵性能的依据。
This article discusses the normal working conditions and performance requirements of the three-cylinder pump, and points out the influence of the “peak-valley” type of liquid flow in the suction pipe on the performance of the perfusion pump. Through the experimental analysis of the performance of various types of perfusion pumps used in China’s oil mines, a set of perfusion pump performance curves suitable for the 3NB-800 three-cylinder pump is recommended. Proposed to be slightly modified, this set of performance curves as the current design of our new perfusion pump and reconstruction of current perfusion pump performance basis.
