安徽省血吸虫病研究所受中央卫生部的委托于1990年10月17日开始,对来自全国各地的血防站(所)的领导同志逐期给于“卫生事业管理”科学的教育轮训。参加第一期轮训的学员大部分是来自基层单位的硬专家。为提高他们的卫生管理和卫生政策的水平,卫生部专门从全国各地请来了一些懂得卫生事业管理理论的专家、教授给他们讲课。在10月17日的开学典礼上,全国血吸虫病专家咨询委员会主任委员郭源华同志到会讲了话。安徽省血防研究所所长徐伏牛同志主持了开学典礼。在学习期间,学员们将对
The Institute of Schistosomiasis of Anhui Province was entrusted by the Central Ministry of Health on October 17, 1990. The leading comrades from the schistosomiasis stations (institutes) from all parts of the country were given educational training in the “Health Care Administration” scientifically. Most of the participants who participated in the first round of training were hard experts from grass-roots units.
