目的采用高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测法(HPLC-ELSD)测定加减玉女煎颗粒剂中菝葜皂苷元含量。方法采用HPLC-ELSD法,色谱柱:ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水(95∶5);柱温:30℃;流速:1 ml/min。结果菝葜皂苷元含量在1.08～5.4μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.9993,其性质稳定,重复性好,且阴性成分无干扰。结论菝葜皂苷元作为加减玉女煎颗粒剂的质控成分具有一定的可行性。
OBJECTIVE To determine the content of Smilagenin in Yuyou decoction by HPLC-ELSD. Methods The HPLC-ELSD method was used. The column was on a ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18 column (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was methanol-water (95: 5) . Results The content of sarsasapogenin showed a good linearity in the range of 1.08-5.4 μg with a correlation coefficient of 0.9993. The saponin content was stable, reproducible and had no interference with the negative components. Conclusion Smilagenin has some feasibility as a quality control component of jade female decoction granules.
