在职业教育深受重视并呈现健康发展的今天,作为高等教育发展中的一个类型,高等职业教育肩负着培养面向生产、建设、服务和管理一线的高技能人才的使命。在宏观上,高职院校既要发展,也要限数量、控规模、保质量,以实现高职教育的科学发展;从微观上,高职院校既要办学,更要强化质量意识,尤其要加强管理体系建设,努力提高管理水平,这样才有可能实现自身的可持续发展。通过提高管理水平,将有效地促进高职院校走内涵发展、质量强校的道路,极大地提升其核心竞争力和创新生命力。
