“地奥心血康”是从我国特有药用植物中提取的甾体总皂甙。研究表明它具有抗心肌缺血,改善血流动力学和缩小心肌梗塞范围等药理作用。本实验用氧电极测定心肌细胞耗氧量方法首先观察了不同剂量的地奥心血康对心肌细胞耗氧量的影响。以空白对照组的细胞耗氧量为100％,计算给药组心肌细胞耗氧量的变化率。结果:当地奥心血康 “Diao Xixuekang” is a total saponin extracted from China’s unique medicinal plants. Studies have shown that it has anti-myocardial ischemia, improves hemodynamics, and reduces the scope of myocardial infarction and other pharmacological effects. In this experiment, oxygen electrode was used to measure oxygen consumption of cardiomyocytes. Firstly, the effects of different doses of Dioxinxuekang on oxygen consumption of cardiomyocytes were observed.
