运用Pro/E建模建立园林排土机钢结构间联结方式,并通过ANSYS进行有限元仿真,结果显示,该联结方式中最大接触应力发生在钢结构本体和连接板接触面对应位置,而最大等效应力集中于螺栓尾部与钢板联结的最末端。针对此结果本文还提出相应解决方法。
The Pro / E modeling was used to establish the connection between the steel structure of the garden dredger and the finite element simulation by ANSYS. The results showed that the maximum contact stress occurred in the corresponding position of the steel structure body and the contact surface of the connecting plate, The maximum equivalent stress is concentrated at the end of the bolt tail and the steel plate. In view of this result this article also proposed the corresponding solution.
