前不久在中国农学会举办的“2000年全国农业新阶段、新焦点及西部大开发高级研修班”上,农业部农村经济研究中心刘志仁教授谈到了我国与世界发达国家农业领域的主要差距。他认为1978年我国实行了农村经济体制改革之后,农业发展很快,农业及农村经济总体实力不断增强。但我们必须清醒地认识到,我国农业与发达国家相比依然存在着明显的差距。这些差距不只体现在资源禀赋、财政及物化投入、市场建设等硬指标
Not long ago, Professor Liu Zhiren from the Rural Economic Research Center of the Ministry of Agriculture talked about the major disparities in the agricultural sector between China and the developed countries in the world at the 2000 National Agricultural New Stage, New Focus and High-level Seminar on Western Development organized by the Chinese Agricultural Association. He believes that after China implemented the reform of the rural economic system in 1978, agriculture developed rapidly and the overall strength of agriculture and rural economy continued to increase. However, we must clearly recognize that there is still a clear gap between our agriculture and the developed countries. These differences are not only reflected in the hard assets such as resource endowments, financial and physical and chemical inputs, and market building
