我们于12月到2107线5760部队所在的施工点,分别在几座隧道进行了出口、进口、横洞、斜井、竖井的调查。召开了座谈会,征求了参加施工的广大指战员、技术人员的意见。现将调查材料整理介绍如下: 一、隧道设计、施工必须贯彻党的方针政策隧道规范的改革,是一埸革命,新的规范,要体现党的领导,体现实践第一的思想,体现社会主义制度的优越性。规范必须是为多快好省地修建铁路服务。
