雄激素有利于男、女两性骨骼的发育和维持。骨细胞上雄激素受体和p4 50芳香化酶的发现和功能的确定提供了雄激素骨作用的两种可能的机制 :①通过雄激素受体的直接作用。②芳香化为雌激素 ,通过雌激素受体发挥作用。目前的研究表明有第三种可能的机制 ,即通过骨微环境中的局部调节因子介导 ,这些因子在骨微环境中以自分泌、旁分泌方式产生 ,包括IL 6、类胰岛素样生长因子系统 (IGFS)、转化生长因子 (TGF β)、成纤维细胞生长因子 (FGF)等调节因子。
Androgens help male and female bisexual bone development and maintenance. The discovery and function of the androgen receptor and p450 aromatase in osteocytes provides two possible mechanisms of androgenic bone function: (1) direct action through the androgen receptor. ② aromatherapy estrogen, through the estrogen receptor play a role. The current study shows that there is a third possible mechanism, mediated by local regulatory factors in the bone microenvironment, which are produced in an autocrine, paracrine manner in the bone microenvironment including IL6, insulin-like growth factor (IGFs), transforming growth factor (TGFβ), fibroblast growth factor (FGF) and other regulatory factors.
