目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)高尿酸血症患者的一般生化及胰岛素相关指标变化情况。方法选取我院281例T2DM住院患者,按男性和绝经后女性SUA≥417μmol/L,绝经前女性SUA≥356μmol/L,将其分为正常尿酸(NUA)组250例与高尿酸(HUA)组31例,观察甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(CHOL)低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、血清尿酸(SUA)、肌酐(Cr)、空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HBA1C)、空腹C-肽(FC-P)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA IR)、胰岛素敏感性指数(ISI)等指标情况,并计算病程、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)及体重指数(BMI)。结果两组BMI,TG,LDL-C,Cr,FINS,FC-P,ISI,HOMA-IR等指标相比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相关分析的结果显示,SUA与体重指数、血脂、肾功、FC-P、HOMA IR、ISI存在相关性(P<0.05)。结论 T2DM合并高尿酸血症与高血压、血脂异常、肥胖、胰岛素抵抗存在显著相关性。
Objective To investigate the changes of general biochemistry and insulin-related indexes in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) patients with hyperuricemia. Methods A total of 281 hospitalized patients with T2DM in our hospital were enrolled. According to SUA≥417μmol / L in women and menopausal women, and SUA≥356μmol / L in premenopausal women, they were divided into 250 cases of normal uric acid (NUA) 31 cases were enrolled in this study. The levels of TG, CHOL, LDL-C, SUA, Cr, FPG, HBA1C, (FCS), fasting insulin (FINS), insulin resistance index (HOMA IR) and insulin sensitivity index (ISI) were calculated and the duration of disease, systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP) And body mass index (BMI). Results There were significant differences in BMI, TG, LDL-C, Cr, FINS, FC-P, ISI and HOMA-IR between the two groups (P <0.05). Correlation analysis showed that there was a correlation between SUA and body mass index, blood lipid, renal function, FC-P, HOMA IR and ISI (P <0.05). Conclusion T2DM with hyperuricemia and hypertension, dyslipidemia, obesity, insulin resistance there is a significant correlation.
