全国水土保持工作协调小组办公室于7月27日至31日在北京召开了长江上游水土保持问题座谈会。主要内容是交流长江上游水土保持的情况和经验,讨论进一步开展水土保持工作的意见。会议由钱正英部长、杨振怀副部长和娄溥礼总工程师共同主持。参加座谈会的有川、云、贵、甘四省水保部门,长办有关单位,国家各有关部委,三峡地区经济开发办公室和扶贫小组办公室。国际泥沙研究培训中心,水电部有关司、局、院以及其他有关科研单位和院校的负责同志和专家。
The National Soil and Water Conservation Coordination Group Office held a forum on soil and water conservation in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River from July 27 to July 31 in Beijing. The main content is to exchange information on the soil and water conservation in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River and to discuss the opinions on further water and soil conservation. The meeting was co-chaired by Qian Zhengying, Yang Zhenhuai, Vice Minister Lou Louli and Chief Engineer Lou. The participating units, the relevant ministries and commissions of the state, the Economic Development Office of the Three Gorges Region and the office of the Poverty Alleviation Group participated in the forum.
