在ｐＨ＝５～６．５，Ｃｏ（Ⅲ）与ＥＤＴＡ和氯代十六烷基吡啶（ＣＰＣ）生成红紫色三元络合物，λｍａｘ＝５５０ｎｍ，摩尔吸光系数ε值３２６Ｌｍｏｌ－１ｃｍ－１，钴（Ⅲ）量在０．１～６ｍｇ／５０ｍｌ范围内符合比尔定律。本法用于钴矿样中钴的测定，结果满意。
At pH = 5 ~ 6.5, Co (Ⅲ) and EDTA and chlorinated hexadecylpyridine (CPC) generated purple complex, λmax = 550nm, molar absorptivity ε value 326Lmol-1cm- Beer’s law is obeyed for cobalt (III) in the range of 0.1-6mg / 50ml. This method is used for the determination of cobalt in cobalt ore samples with satisfactory results.
