肝硬化失代偿期常出现上消化道出血、肝性脑病及感染等并发症 ,但发生大面积皮下血肿在临床上少见。 1978— 1999年本院共发现 10例肝硬化并发大面积皮下血肿的病例 ,现将有关临床资料报道如下。1　临床资料　 10例均根据病史、体征、肝功能、B型超声或 CT检查确诊为肝硬化失代 Cirrhosis decompensation often appear upper gastrointestinal bleeding, hepatic encephalopathy and infection and other complications, but the occurrence of large-area subcutaneous hematoma is clinically rare.
