最近,“精神压力”这个词语常常被提到,原因不明的头痛、焦虑、食欲不振等,就是精神压力存在的特征,它尤其表现在学业繁重的青少年朋友身上。所谓的精神压力,就是指过度勉强自己的精神或肉体,致使身心失去平衡。症状轻微时,自己察觉不到,但是超过了某个限度以后,偶然间就会以某一件事为导火线,而引起精神上的疾病。精神压力有以下一些症状: 害怕考虑事情,即使思考过了也整理不出一个头绪来。
Recently, the term “mental stress” has often been mentioned. Unexplained headaches, anxiety and loss of appetite are characteristic of mental stress. They are especially manifested in the heavy academic adolescent friends. The so-called mental stress refers to over-reluctantly their own spirit or body, resulting in a loss of balance between body and mind. When the symptoms are mild, they can not be detected by themselves. However, when a certain limit is exceeded, accidents occasionally lead to mental illness.
