国际金融危机蔓延时期,厦门市部分外向型企业订单减少,出现了减薪、放长假、裁员、停工等现象,劳动纠纷案件一时呈“井喷”状态。为了应对这一问题,厦门市协调劳动关系三方会议(以下简称“三方会议”)认真贯彻国家、省委、省政府和厦门市委、市政府有关精神,从稳定劳动关系入手,广泛深入开展劳动关系和谐工业园区与劳动关系和谐企业创建活动。2009年以来,经过不懈努力,厦门市劳动关系总体和谐稳定,有效应对了国际金融危机的冲击,并创成厦门市劳动关系和谐工业园区12家,劳动关系和谐企业134家,向省协调劳动关系三方会议推荐省级劳动关系和谐工业园区3家,省级劳动关系和谐企业104家,呈现出具有地方特色的工作机制。
In the period of the spread of international financial crisis, the orders of some export-oriented enterprises in Xiamen decreased. There were such phenomena as salary reduction, long holidays, layoffs and suspension of work. Cases of labor disputes were temporarily “blowout”.
