在进行出口铲斗系列化产品开发过程中,为保证产品质量,从图纸设计、结构优化与改进、机加工等方面开展技术攻关,制定出相应的措施并加以实施。使原设计和生产过程中存在的铲斗结构强度和稳定性差,容易出现机加工和焊接变形等问题得以消除,成功实现了铲斗系列化批量生产与出口。
During the development of export bucket series products, in order to ensure the product quality, we have tackled key problems in drawing design, structure optimization and improvement, machining and other aspects, worked out corresponding measures and implemented them. So that the original design and production process of the bucket strength and stability of the poor, prone to machining and welding deformation problems to be eliminated, the successful series of the bucket batch production and exports.
